Miller Air Duct Cleaning provides comprehensive air duct and HVAC cleaning services to improve air quality and system efficiency for residential and commercial properties in Joplin, Leawood, Redings Mill, Silver Creek, Saginaw, and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and HVAC system inspection.
3. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing Miller Air Duct Cleaning with accurate and complete information when scheduling services. You agree to ensure that our technicians have reasonable access to the necessary areas of your property to perform the services. You also agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting our office directly. We require at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide such notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. We reserve the right to require a deposit for certain services, which will be discussed at the time of scheduling.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
Miller Air Duct Cleaning stands by the quality of our services with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly. However, we do not warrant that our services will meet all of your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miller Air Duct Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miller Air Duct Cleaning, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any disputes related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Joplin, MO.
